Inktober 2016: Sketch No. 8

Today’s Inktober will be mostly hated because of its style and content, but after having watched for the nth time ‘Requiem for a Dream’ and having idolized its creators – and by creators I mean both the author of the book and the film’s director – I’ve wanted to illustrate one of the hardest and memorable scences of the film. For this, I’ve used a new style for me, with a certain touch of Shinichirô Watanabe, which I’ve always hated, and that is why I use it for this scene, to give the uneasiness and agony that is shown in this moment of the story.
